A Little Blood For Ya

There’s something about creating something and putting it out into the universe for the world to see that takes a piece of your soul with it. When you show other people what you’ve created, what you love and what you think is good; it’s hard to stand by and let others push negative energy your way.

While growing up we were told this just means the negative person is jealous. What does that even mean? Does that mean when someone is following their dream and creating something out of nothing that others won’t support and follow that dream? It means we have to mentally and physically prepare ourselves for others attacking us? That in my mind is the biggest form of hell on earth.

We’re told to “fuck the haters” but do you really know what sort of mental strength that takes? We’re born into this world looking for recognition and acceptance and now we must battle even harder just to keep our own heads from falling into that dark place. This is where I’ve never felt compassion like this for people who must live with this on a day-to-day life. We received one negative comment; imagine being so successful you have to deal with thousands of hate messages a day?

It isn’t fair, but I’m not here to complain and I’m not here for pity. I’m merely saying if jealousy creates hate, I never want anyone to be jealous of anything I do ever again. I would rather serve as an inspiration to others to create their own dream. Why does the entire world have to be a competition?

Creating something from scratch with no budget and no means of star quality is even more difficult than I imagined. Here we are, trying to accumulate some sort of following with our ideas and our emotions but in reality all this has caused us so far is a strong back and forth between good and evil that feels like angst. This is what is starting to pull us back, that negative energy that knows it can infiltrate our positive nature and create havoc in our lives.

But this is where that energy will no longer be able to spread.

The constant support we have from each other is what keeps us afloat. And that is why there is no doubt in my mind that this is what we’re meant to be doing and why we’re doing it. We came across each other with the same passion and drive for life and there is no one who can tear us apart.

On a better note, here's NERO's new single Satisfy and it seems to make everything better.

Love,

Tabitha
